How do you know when you are in business chaos? Basically, it’s the same way you know your life is in chaos! They don’t necessarily happen at the same time, but to have either – your life or your business – in that state can send you into a tailspin.<\/span><\/p>\n Remember when you first started your business (or took over the one you are in)?\u00a0 You had such a high level of excitement and maybe even fear. All of those feelings were very normal and helped to propel your success.<\/span><\/p>\n However, there comes a time when what you used to do no longer works. You also notice that some of the people that helped you get to where you are may no longer be a fit for your business. Your customers’ needs and demands might look different.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Several scientific Chaos theories exist. There is a movement underway to mesh the scientific theory of chaos and apply it to business. Don’t get me wrong, I love science, but I believe your need may be more immediate than taking the time to break down theory!<\/span><\/p>\n However, in any theory of Chaos, it is managed by creating order. How will you know where to focus your energy? First, let’s help you determine if you are experiencing this Business Chaos.<\/span><\/p>\n Let me help you determine if you are experiencing Business Chaos:<\/span><\/p>\n \u2666 Things have stopped working the way they used to.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2666 You stay irritated with the people on your team who don’t seem to “get it”.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2666 Ideas are flowing, but you have no time to explore them.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2666 You feel stuck and don’t know how to fix it.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2666 Your business isn’t growing – cash, customers, sales, profits – they all feel stagnant!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n This is normal! You are not alone… so, what’s the answer?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The answer is FOCUS<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n Get focused on the things that will work to move you forward. They may be different than they were in the past!<\/span><\/p>\n Set the goals that will get you there – but maybe they need to be shorter term right now…<\/span><\/p>\n Find and engage the people that can help you make it happen.
