As you know, I have been dubbed \u201cThe Employee Whisperer\u201d by many of my clients! However, when I step back and think about the ONE thing I do best, it felt like it was no longer a fit for the title of my magazine.<\/p>\n<p>When I am in my \u201czone of genius\u201d, I help women like you \u2013 professional career women and female business owners \u2013 find their \u201czone of genius\u201d to show up more powerfully and combine not only what they say, but how they say things.
