So, in your business, how do you ensure that you are spending your time on your highest value activities?<\/p>\n<p>Each item you choose to focus on brings an entire list of \u201cto-do\u2019s\u201d along with it. If you don\u2019t focus on your key priorities, and then in turn your \u201ckey actions\u201d associated with those key priorities, you wind up spreading yourself too thin to be optimally successful.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Could you start thinking of your tasks in a slightly different way? Consider these categories from the Eisenhower model:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3029\" src=\"https:\/\/staging-ucs.com\/tina\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Eisenhower-model-Edited.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"511\" height=\"436\" srcset=\"https:\/\/staging-ucs.com\/tina\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Eisenhower-model-Edited.png 511w, https:\/\/staging-ucs.com\/tina\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Eisenhower-model-Edited-480x410.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 511px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Maybe you\u00a0don\u2019t have trouble with the \u201cDoing\u201d or \u201cScheduling\u201d, but\u00a0would like to\u00a0get used to \u201cDelegating\u201d. Do you often say, \u201cIt\u2019s easier to do it myself!\u201d We\u2019ve all said that at some point. Keep in mind you will never get out from under your tasks unless you can effectively delegate.<\/p>\n<p>And never mind \u201cDelete\u201d! That\u2019s often unheard of\u2026 do you have a fear of letting things go \u2013 just in case they might bubble up again in the future? You can always keep your \u201cdelete\u201d items for a while just to ensure you are making the right determination &#8211; particularly if things are changing rapidly. However, just because you keep those \u201cdelete\u201d items doesn\u2019t mean you need to put any energy toward them.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What do you struggle with in managing your time and what deserves your attention?
