I\u2019ve noticed a few themes in talking to several of them about this topic.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\"><b class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">See if any of these resonate with you:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">\n<li>Some work better when they feel an obligation to provide an update on something that is important to their business growth<\/li>\n<li>Many stated they found value in having a deadline that would keep them on track in completing a priority for their business<\/li>\n<li>There was a consistent theme regarding the value of hearing others share the same struggles while being motivated by the wins as well<\/li>\n<li>Still others were looking forward to group discussions so they could experience alternate points of view and adjust if necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">This is the power of a moderated group! Having a safe place to discuss your most pressing issues, all while building confidence and momentum in moving ahead to grow your business.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\"><strong>I am starting a program called\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/staging-ucs.com\/tina\/the-accountability-gang\/\">The Accountability Gang<\/a> to help other like-minded women stay focused and ensure success \u2013 individually and collectively.
