The holiday season can be very stressful. It\u2019s important for us to get through them with the right energy to help us rise up to the opportunity of a new year and new possibilities.<\/p>\n

I usually find myself stressing over all the things I haven\u2019t gotten done or what I failed to accomplish. When I began to reframe the last months of the year in terms of celebrating everything I HAVE accomplished or the POSITIVE changes I have made in my life, I began to enjoy the holiday season with less stress.<\/p>\n

It didn\u2019t happen immediately \u2013 I was definitely a work-in-progress\u2026<\/p>\n

What can you do with the remaining weeks of 2022 to help you lean into the season with more enjoyment and less stress?<\/b><\/h3>\n

Here are some questions you can ask yourself about 2022:<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

  1. What are some things I planned to accomplish and completed?<\/li>\n
  2. What are some things I didn\u2019t plan to accomplish but managed to get done?<\/li>\n
  3. What are some actions I took to help other people?<\/li>\n
  4. What are some lovely things that others did for me?<\/li>\n
  5. How was my physical and mental well-being during the year?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    I firmly believe that if we all took a few minutes to review and respond to these questions, we would experience a great deal of appreciation and gratitude. When we can take a moment to reflect on those feelings, the fog and stress just seem to clear a bit.<\/p>\n
