I cannot believe this is my 13th issue! That means at the end of 2021, I set out to fulfill one of my personal and professional goals \u2013 to publish a digital magazine! AND, I had to stick with it each and every month to remain consistent and meet my commitment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">I spent the time over the 2021 end-of-year holidays putting the format together and creating the content \u2013 all the while learning how to craft my message within this new format. I made a pivot with the October issue \u2013 moving from \u201cThe Employee Whisperer Magazine\u201d to \u201cPower Talk for Women Magazine\u201d.
